Quick & Healthy Snack: Healthy Peanut Butter Fruit Dip
3:58 PM
I love fruit. I love dip. I love fruit dip. But when I go to the grocery store I feel like all the fruit dip I see is loaded with sugar and unnecessary ingredients, which makes me sad. If any of this resonates with you, this recipe may just save your snack-time!
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, melted (I used Jif whipped peanut butter and I loved it! Bought it on a whim and I'm never looking back!)
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1/2 a teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 3/4 of a cup of plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
This dip is so easy. Just melt your peanut butter and stir all of the ingredients together! Mine came out to 80 calories per 1/4 cup, but check your ingredients to be sure if you're worried about it! Serve with apple slices, strawberries, graham crackers, or whatever your heart desires!
